It’s #NationalBurgerDay across the UK, and while plenty across the country are enjoying their fast food, theatre fans were getting creative on social media with their favourite shows.

Kicking off the hashtag #PutBurgerInAShow, Official London Theatre is proud to present a cheeky spin-off of a West End classic

Frightening as it may be, some were imagining a cursed burger akin to a famous West End horror character – possibly a burger left on the grill too long?

We don’t even want to imagine how the Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society would serve one up:
