Not the only quote from this iconic show, Jean Palmer suggested ‘To love another person is to see the face of God’ from Les Misérables, the world’s longest running musical, currently playing at the Queen’s Theatre.

Louise Hedger’s favourite is ‘I look handsome, I look smart, I am a walking work of art’ from one of the most enduring shows of all time, Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, currently on a UK tour starring Joe McElderry.

A show that hasn’t even opened in London yet has already got everyone talking about it, as Kathy Nicholson suggests ‘Sometimes you’ve gotta grab life by the balls…then you take those balls, you tuck ’em between your legs and you put your best f***ing frock on!’ from Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, which opens at the Apollo Theatre, following a smash-hit run in Sheffield.

With a show as sassy as Kinky Boots, it’s no surprise to see one of their one-liners on the list. Helen Riley’s favourite line is ‘Ladies, gentlemen, and those who are yet to make up their mind’.

Hallelujah for this Sister Act suggestion from Geoffrey Hubard – ‘I had a revelation when I skipped my medication’. Sister Act played in the London Palladium in 2009 and is currently on a UK tour. Fabulous, baby.
