If you have an issue with an existing booking made through Official London Theatre (including TKTS, New Year Sale and Kids Week), our customer service page allows you to check booking details, resend your confirmation email plus information on how your tickets will be delivered. If you have a more general enquiry about your booking then please complete our enquiry form and we will get back to you.
As part of our See It Safely guidelines we are offering exchanges up to 48 hours before the performance if your booking is affected by Covid. Please complete this form so we can process your request more swiftly. Please note we cannot exchange tickets within 48 hours of the performance.
