Tickets purchased online via OfficialLondonTheatre.com

The ticketing service for OLT, TKTS and the Official London Theatre Sale and Kids Week promotions provided by the Official London Theatre website is powered by the SEE Group Limited (“SEE”) on behalf of Society of London Theatre. Any financial transactions will occur on a designated server of SEE.

All tickets sold online are subject to See Tickets’ terms of sale. As we trade online we are required to provide you with an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. If any dispute arises between you and us, you can submit a complaint via the ODR platform, which can be found at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, and which is designed to assist consumers in resolving disputes online without having to go to court.

TKTS in person terms and conditions

  1. “Venue” refers to any theatre or other venue at which a performance takes place for which you purchase tickets from TKTS.
  2. The venue management may reserve the right to refuse admission in certain circumstances, to remove patrons from the venue for particular reasons, and to request that latecomers await admission to the auditorium until a convenient break. Late admission cannot always be guaranteed.
  3. Please note that the venue management may need to carry out security checks prior to your entry to the venue.
  4. The venue management may reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an equivalent value to those set out on your ticket.
  5. The price of all TKTS tickets include a booking fee of £3
  6. Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded unless the performance for which the ticket is purchased is cancelled, rescheduled, or there is a change to the performance which the venue’s management considers to be material. The use of understudies in a performance shall not be considered to be a material change, nor shall a change of cast. TKTS will not be liable for costs arising from personal arrangements, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, hospitality, or any other indirect or consequential losses. Refunds are, therefore, limited to the price paid for the ticket to TKTS plus the TKTS booking fee of £3 per ticket. Refunds are not available to patrons who are refused admission or removed from the venue in accordance with the venue’s rules, or to latecomers who miss part of the performance for this reason.
  7. Tickets are sold subject to the venue management’s right to make alterations to the advertised programme where reasonably necessary.
  8. The re-sale of your ticket for profit or commercial gain will make the ticket void.
  9. TKTS is not responsible if your ticket is lost or stolen or destroyed and it is at the venue management’s discretion as to whether a duplicate is issued.
  10. Proof of concessions may be required at the venue.
  11. TKTS will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings whilst at a venue.
  12. It is your responsibility to check the name of the show, name of the venue, date and time on your tickets and inform us immediately of any mistakes as if you have made a mistake it cannot always be rectified after purchase. If you have purchased a restricted view seat, please check the restrictions carefully.
  13. Additional terms and conditions may apply in respect of performances at certain venues. Please see your tickets and the venue’s terms and conditions.
  14. The advertised running time may change so please check this with the venue on the day of the performance.

You are required to comply with the venue’s rules whilst at the venue to attend the performance, including but not limited to rules relating to the use of mobile phones, recording equipment, consumption of alcohol, smoking, security or any illegal substances.

Official LondonTheatre Sale Promotion

The Official London Theatre Sale promotion is operated by Society of London Theatre. Check the Official London Theatre website for further information on the promotion start date for this year and on the booking opening dates and times, together with the priority period for Mastercard holders .
• The promotion does not apply to tickets already booked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rate, or offer.
• Bookings cannot be made in person at the theatre; tickets must be purchased via the Official London Theatre website.
• Offer is subject to availability for certain performances, especially at weekends.
• Tickets are available at £10, £20, £30, £40 and £50 price points. Shows may not be offering tickets at all price points for all performances and there is no guarantee that specific seats, performance dates or prices will be available.
• Shows on offer may change throughout the promotion.
• There is a limit of 10 tickets per transaction.
• No booking or transaction fees will apply.
• As we trade online we are required to provide you with an electronic link to the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You can submit a complaint via the ODR platform, which can be found at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, and which is designed to assist consumers in resolving disputes online without having to go to court.

Kids Week Promotion

The Kids Week Promotion is operated by Society of London Theatre. Check the Official London Theatre website for further information on the promotion start date for this year and on the booking opening dates and times.
• Offer does not apply to tickets already booked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rate, or offer.
• Bookings cannot be made in person at the theatre; tickets must be purchased via the Official London Theatre website.
• Offer is subject to availability for certain performances, especially at weekends.
• Shows may not be offering tickets at all price points for all performances and there is no guarantee that specific seats, performance dates or prices will be available.
• Shows on offer may change throughout the promotion.
• There is a limit of 8 tickets per transaction.
• For every full price adult (aged 18+) ticket purchased, a child aged 17 and under will be issued with a free ticket – for 2022 this will be presented as all tickets at half price. Adults may purchase up to 2 additional child tickets for half price per transaction.
