Video: How to get out of awkward situations

First Published 24 September 2015, Last Updated 24 September 2015

The Play That Goes Wrong, London’s hit, Olivier Award-winning comedy, might not be the immediate go-to production for tips on escaping a potentially embarrassing situation. Let’s face it, they specialise in diving head first into potentially embarrassing situations. If there’s a way to make themselves look silly, they’ll hunt it down like an embarrassment-seeking missile.

And yet here they are, teaming up with TKTS, our ticket booth in Leicester Square, to produce an unmissable guide to escaping such excruciatingly uncomfortable, armpit-moistening, pant-wetting moments.

Oh, who are we kidding, they’re being hilariously silly again on film. And why not, it’s what they do best. It is, after all, why the tale of a drama society struggling valiantly to stage a murder mystery in the face of everything imaginable going wrong, won the Olivier Award for Best New Comedy and continues to make audiences giggle uncontrollably at the Duchess Theatre.

If you’re intrigued by The Play That Goes Wrong’s silliness, you can book tickets through us here, or head down to TKTS to book in person.
