Soho gives kids a laugh

First Published 17 April 2008, Last Updated 17 April 2008

Soho theatre presents James Campbell’s Comedy 4 Kids this spring, giving children the chance to experience comedy from some of the best comedians on the UK circuit.

Comedy 4 Kids, held on 9 February, 8 March and 12 April at 13:00, is billed as a proper comedy club for anyone over the age of six, and features professional stand-ups who tailor their routines for younger audiences – meaning no rude bits.

This season’s line up features Hal Cruttenden, Dan Antopolski, Alistair Barrie, Matt Green, Robin Ince and Mitch Benn, with Ed Petrie as the emcee on 9 February and James Campbell providing comic interludes on 8 March and 12 April.

Budding young comics can try their hand at stand-up themselves with the Comedy Academy 4 Kids, which runs children’s comedy classes before the main show. For further information about the classes call 07891 125 652.
