Senior Savers brings smile to over-60s

First Published 1 May 2009, Last Updated 1 May 2009

Senior Savers, a new campaign running from 1 May to 12 June, is offering 50% off top price theatre tickets to anyone over the age of 60.

Theatregoers who have passed that landmark birthday are able to book these reduced price tickets to more than 15 top London shows in advance, with no additional booking or postage fees.

The promotion offers a chance to see productions ranging from classic musical Carousel to brand new musical Spring Awakening or Kenneth Williams comedy Stop Messing About at a fantastically reduced price from the best seats in the theatre.

More information about the shows taking part in the campaign and how to book can be found on the Senior Savers page.

The Senior Savers campaign, which is run by the Society of London Theatre, is part of London theatre’s ongoing efforts to make Theatreland as accessible to older theatregoers as possible. Many productions already offer their own senior rates, both close to curtain up and in advance, though discount policies vary from show to show, so always check with the box office.
