RAD summer courses announced

First Published 5 June 2014, Last Updated 5 June 2014

The Royal Academy of Dance’s Performance Course for budding dancers aged 12 and older will return this summer alongside a host of events and classes for kids of all ages.

Taking place at RAD’s headquarters in London, the popular Performance Course runs from 11 to 23 August and offers dance students already studying at RAD Intermediate Foundation level or the equivalent and above an unparalled opportunity to step into the spotlight and learn more about what it is to be a dancer.

Over the two weeks students will work with professional dancers and teachers across a wide range of styles from ballet to jazz and create original choreography, which they will then perform at two public performances.

Application forms for this course, as well as details of the many other activities taking place at RAD for students of all ages and abilities this summer, can be downloaded at www.rad.org.uk

For more information on any of the events contact Dawn Clark on dclark@rad.org.uk
