Potter makes flying visit to Trafalgar Studios

First Published 17 April 2008, Last Updated 18 April 2008

Fans of the bespectacled wizard Harry Potter are in for a treat this winter as comedy duo Dan and Jeff bring their 60-minute stage gallop through all of JK Rowling’s Potter books to Trafalgar Studio 2 from 17 December.

In Potted Potter: The Unauthorised Harry Experience, Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner use costumes, props, songs and a little magic to tell the seven-book story of the boy wizard and his friends at Hogwarts. The show, which even includes a fire-breathing dragon and a game of Quidditch live on stage, has already enjoyed success at this year’s Edinburgh Festival and comes to Trafalgar Studio 2 as part of a national tour. Dan and Jeff have also been seen performing their Potter parody on Richard And Judy and Blue Peter.

Potted Potter: The Unauthorised Harry Experience is directed by Richard Hurst and Dominic Knutton. It runs until 5 January and is suitable for all muggles over the age of six.
