The Book Of Mormon

Mormon welcomes new cast members

Published 10 January 2014

The Book Of Mormon will add to its wealth of musical theatre talent when the Tony Award-winning musical says hello to a host of new cast members next month.

While current cast members Gavin Creel, Jared Gertner and Alexia Khadime will still be here for you a while longer, Mormon newcomers Hugo Harold-Harrison (Grease, Fame), Kevin Harvey (RSC’s Candide), Joshua Liburd (The Scottsboro Boys) and David McMullan (Love Never Dies) will join them at the Prince of Wales theatre from 3 February.

Also bringing to life the Spooky Mormon Hell Dream for the first time are Christopher Copeland, Keisha T Fraser, Sia Kiwa, Felix Mosse, Tanya Nicole-Edwards, Ashley Samuels, Rhys Taylor and Michael Vinsen, while Stephen Ashfield, Chris Jarman, Mark Anderson, Benjamin Brook, Daniel Clift, Ashley Day, Patrick George, Nadine Higgin, Evan James, Aisha Jawando, Michael Kent, Daniel MacKinlay, Terel Nugent, David O’Reilly, Lucy St. Louis, Kayi Ushe and Tosh Wanogho-Maud will continue in their roles.

The hit American import, which has been delighting audiences in the West End since March last year, is the brainchild of Avenue Q co-creator Robert Lopez and South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, and charts the story of a pair of Mormon boys sent on a mission a long way away from Salt Lake City.

Featuring an award-winning score that includes I Am Africa, I Believe and Man Up, the satirical musical is currently booking at the Prince of Wales theatre until 3 May 2014.
