New cast announced for Tina – The Tina Turner Musical

The West End has just received simply the best news – Tina – The Tina Turner Musical has released 200,000 additional tickets and extended its run until 23 January 2021!

Along with the news of the extension, it’s been announced that a new Tina and Ike will be leading the cast into its third year. Aisha Jawando and Jammy Kasongo will take on the iconic pair from 17 March 2020, with Chanel Haynes making her West End debut as Tina alternate.

Come From Away extends and releases new production shots

To celebrate its first birthday, the Olivier Award-winning hit musical Come From Away has released more tickets extending its run to 17 October 2020.

The show which took home the coveted Best New Musical award at the 2019 Olivier Awards welcomed a new cast earlier this month and to give us all a little birthday gift, a whole host of production shots have been released. See the new stars of the heartwarming show below.

Full cast announced for Sleepwalking at Hampstead Theatre

Acclaimed stage and screen actors Eileen Nicholas and Jeany Spark are set to star in the world-premiere of Hannah Khalil’s dark new thriller Sleepwalking which will be opening later this month at Hampstead Theatre.

Eileen Nicholas is famed for her role as Renton’s mother in Trainspotting and its sequel T2 Trainspotting, along with her appearance in Broken and Midwinter Of The Spirit. Her stage-mate, Jeany Spark, is known for her portrayal of Linda Wallander in the UK TV detective series, Wallander which she stars in with Kenneth Branagh.

Sleepwalking will be directed by Audrey Sheffield who is also making her debut at Hampstead Theatre. Sheffield will be joined by designer Anna Reid, with lighting design by Ali Hunter and sound design by Julian Starr.
