In rehearsal: The Judas Kiss

First Published 20 August 2012, Last Updated 20 August 2013

From Hollywood to Hampstead, film and stage star Rupert Everett is soon to take on the challenging task of portraying the legendary Oscar Wilde in a rare revival of David Hare’s The Judas Kiss.

With little over two weeks before the tale of Wilde’s fall from grace begins previews, Australian director Neil Armfield and co-stars Freddie Fox, Alister Cameron, Tom Colley, Ben Hardy, Cal Macaninch and Kirsty Oswald are busy preparing behind closed doors before they take to the Hampstead theatre stage to entertain audiences from 6 September.

With scripts still in hand, photographer Manuel Harlan was on hand to capture moments from the cast during rehearsals, offering an intimate insight into the process.
