If you book direct with Great Northern, Southeastern, Southern, or Thameslink, there are no booking fees.

Railcards

There are a range of Railcards available where passengers can save up to 34% on most Off Peak journeys. Railcard options include: 16- 17 Saver, 16-25, 26-30, Disabled Persons, Family & Friends, Network, Senior, Two Together and Veterans.

Kids for a Quid – available on Southeastern

An adult with a valid ticket can travel with up to 4 kids (aged 5-15) for just £1 each on Off-Peak Southeastern services, all year round. Under 5’s go free.

Kids for £2 – available on Great Northern, Southern and Thameslink

Enables up to 4 children travelling with each fare paying adult, when traveling together to travel for £2 each at Off Peak or Super Off-Peak times on most journeys across the network.

GroupSave – available on Gatwick Express, Great Northern, Southeastern, Southern and Thameslink

Groups of between 3 and 9 people travelling at Off Peak or Super Off Peak times get a 34% discount on their train journey.

Super Off Peak & Off Peak

There are a range of tickets which offer great value for money when you travel outside the peak times. Look for Super Off Peak and Off Peak tickets.

Advance tickets on Southern

You can get Advance fares on certain journeys on Southern mainline routes for as little as £5. Priced at £5, £8.50 and £12. First class Advance tickets are also available for £17

Advance tickets on Southeastern

Advance tickets are available on selected routes as single tickets at specific times. Book early for cheaper fares.
