London plays and musicals on Shaftesbury Avenue

OnStage in London

Dame Vera Lynn performs We’ll Meet Again with stars of the West End for a message of assurance that UK Theatre shall once more rise and thrive – ‘some sunny day’. Dedicated to the theatre audiences and theatrical professionals of yesterday, today … and tomorrow.

London is home to some of the best, longest-running and the most exciting theatre shows in the world – all celebrated in the bimonthly programme, OnStage – currently on hiatus until theatres reopen.

OnStage explores the exciting variety of shows that await you across the city of London. From toe-tapping musicals, family friendly favourites and side-splitting comedy, to hard hitting thrillers, powerful dance shows and unforgettable plays, London has it all!

Over the course of around 20 minutes, the usual OnStage programme takes you on a trip through Theatreland, revealing everything you need to know about the latest shows, giving top tips for buying tickets in London and sharing exclusive performances from incredible productions. And what’s more, it’s hosted by stars from across the West End.

We look forward to bringing you a new episode of OnStage soon, until then please find out more about how you can support theatres and keep up-to-date with the latest theatre news here.
