West End LIVE moves to Trafalgar Square

Published 24 January 2011

Free theatre festival West End LIVE returns to the capital this year on 18 and 19 June offering another feast of theatrical entertainment.

Due to the current renovation of Leicester Square, where the event has previously taken place, this year’s West End LIVE will be staged down the road in the equally iconic Trafalgar Square.

Organised by Westminster City Council, West End LIVE offers performances from some of London’s top West End shows. Nearly a quarter of a million people flocked to last year’s event to see live performances from 23 hit shows, including Legally Blonde The Musical, Chicago, Love Never Dies, Mamma Mia!, Dirty Dancing, We Will Rock You and Jersey Boys.

Details of this year’s line-up will be announced in due course. For more information, visit www.westendlive.co.uk
