The War Of The Worlds

War Of The Worlds goes on longer

Published 6 January 2016

The War Of The Worlds will run longer than previously expected when the musical spectacular takes to the stage at London’s Dominion Theatre later this spring.

The theatrical adaptation of Jeff Wayne’s cult hit, which begins its West End run on 8 February, will now run until 30 April. It had previously been booking to 9 April.

Tickets for the extra three weeks are already on sale, starting at £30.45.

The War Of The Worlds is based on HG Wells’ novel about ruthless, intelligent Martians who arrive on Earth with the plan, machinery and weapons to destroy the human race.

The theatrical adaptation, based on Wayne’s prog rock album that sold more than 15 million copies, features brand new music and Liam Neeson brought to the stage through 3D holography.

Full casting is yet to be announced.
