Created and directed by Broadway and West End legend Clarke Peters, best known for his role in the TV show The Wire, Five Guys Named Moe has made a triumphant return to the West End after 25 years away, opening the brand new Marble Arch Theatre.
Packed with an uplifting soundtrack of soul, blues, gospel and r ânâ b, led by the multi-talented all singing, all dancing Five Guys, the piece was based on the toe-tapping, irresistible hits of the original king of Jazz â Louis Jordan.
Hits in Five Guys Named Moe include:Â Is You Is Or Is You Ainât (My Baby), Early In The Morning, Choo Choo ChâBoogie and Saturday Night Fish Fry, plus many more, all performed live on stage by a world class jazz band.
