Venus And AdonisInspired by both Japanese Bunraku Puppets and Jacobean Court Masque this production, the first collaboration between the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Little Angel Theatre, tells the story of Shakespeare’s great erotic poem with marionettes, rod, shadow and table-top puppets. Shakespeare in miniature…an extravaganza of puppetry and poetry…a real gem.
