About the Show Less...

What does the moon mean to us? Read More >

It’s harvest time and we are reminded of Chang O, the Lady on the Moon, and Ho Yi, her husband, the Great Archer, who shot down the nine suns to save the earth from scorching. It’s also time for Moon Cakes and secret messages!

Moon Play has been devised by members of London’s Chinese community with the support of theatre professionals Wing Hing Li, Kwong Loke, Kumiko Mendl and Veronica Needa, to celebrate the Mid-autumn Moon Festival.

The show is performed in English and Chinese.
