Created in the aftermath of Ukraine’s Orange Revolution, Dakh Centre For Contemporary Arts’s production of Macbeth – The Prologue examines corruption and the underhanded seizing of power.

The essence of Macbeth is distilled into a ritualised production where actors perform in a mixture of traditional clothing and masks.

The performance is accompanied by live Ukrainian music from Dakha Brakha Ethno-Chaos Band.
