For six performances only, Stephen Dillane reads T S Eliot’s Four Quartets, accompanied by a string quartet from the Philharmonia Orchestra performing Beethoven’s op 132.

Dillane returns to the Donmar Warehouse where he appeared in Tom Stoppar’s The Real Thing. His other stage credits include Drunk Enough To Say I Love You? at the Royal Court, Macbeth at teh Almeida and The Coast Of Utopia at the National Theatre.

Four Quartets Director Mitchell is known for her inventive productions which have included Waves, The Seagull, Women Of Troy and …Some Trace Of Her at the National Theatre. 

Four Quartets forms part of a T S Eliot festival at the Donmar Warehouse, which celebrates the American playwright and poet. His dark play The Family Reunion forms the centrepiece of the festival.
