Rachel De-lahay’s latest play Circles tells of three generations caught in a cycle of violence as they search for an escape route, a connection and a love that lasts.

Directed by Tessa Walker, the production focuses on teenagers Demi and Malachi as they get chatting on a bus. Meanwhile 30-year-old Angela, whose mum warns her to stop dreaming, chases the spark of new love again.

De-lahay is a previous recipient of the Evening Standard’s Most Promising Playwright Award. Her other plays include Routes and The Westbridge, which were staged at the Royal Court.
