Alphabetical Order revolves around a 1970s provincial newspaper office where the journalists’ lives are as chaotic as the filing system. Enter new assistant Lesley, neat and tidy, ultra-efficient and with a passion for organisation that includes her colleagues as well as the cuttings library. But her attempts to change the habits of a lifetime prove to have hilarious consequences.

Written by journalist and playwright Michael Frayn, whose previous successful plays include Donkey’s Years, Noises Off and Benefactors.
