It’s official, London’s West End theatres are finally back open from today and shows, new and old, are returning #BackOnStage. To celebrate this momentous occasion, we’re asking you, our theatre fans, to use the hashtag and share the magical moments from your first post-lockdown live theatre experience. See what everyone’s posting on our special #BackOnStage wall here

To help you get into the spirit, we challenged The Showstoppers’ to write a song about #BackOnStage. Check it out…

From today until 21 June all shows will be socially distanced and because we know how important it is to be flexible in these current times, we stand by our ‘Book with Confidence. Exchange with Ease‘ pledge which allows you to exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before a performance if you’re unable to attend due to Covid.

You can also look out for our industry-wide See It Safely mark which indicates that the show you are booking for is Covid-secure and following the latest Government guidance for live arts events. And in case you have any questions, we’ve popped together this guide forEverything you need to know about your next theatre trip’.

Below, we’ve listed all the exciting theatre we have to look forward to this month and if you’d like to see what’s on during the rest of the year, check out our 2021 roundup here.

If you find yourself exploring London on a whim or have some free time and would like to book a last minute trip to see a show, our world-famous, trusted Leicester Square ticket booth TKTS, which was forced to close as a result of the pandemic, has launched online! Now you can purchase on-the-day TKTS tickets for shows as they reopen here on OfficialLondonTheatre.com/TKTS.

Theatre is nothing without its audiences and we’re thrilled to welcome you back. Check out what shows are on sale and we look forward to seeing you very soon!
