When you’re part of one of the West End’s sharpest improvisation troupes, there’s probably very little that can put you on the spot. Regardless, we did our best when we met the cast of Mischief Movie Night, firing 10 quickfire questions which put their witty imaginations to the test.
It’s safe to say they passed with flying – and it goes without saying, hilarious – colours, as you’d expect from the Olivier Award-winning company behind The Play That Goes Wrong, Peter Pan Goes Wrong and The Comedy About A Bank Robbery. Check out what happened below:

Based on their smash-hit Edinburgh Fringe show Lights! Camera! Improvise, Mischief Movie Night sees Mischief Theatre Company return to their improvisational roots, with many of the original company members returning to the West End for the show.
Taking suggestions from the audience as to genre, location and title and bringing them to life – complete with rewinds, fast forwards, directors’ cuts and a live score – Mischief Movie Night is a different adventure every night. All bets are off as Mischief Theatre invent a new – and brilliantly unpredictable – Hollywood blockbuster story every night: the only thing guaranteed is riotous comedy.
