Wicked, the untold story of the witches of Oz, stars Emmy, Grammy and Tony-winning powerhouse Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, a young woman, misunderstood because of her unusual green skin, who has yet to discover her true power, and Grammy-winning, multi-platinum recording artist and global superstar Ariana Grande as Glinda, a popular young woman, gilded by privilege and ambition, who has yet to discover her true heart.

The two meet as students at Shiz University in the fantastical Land of Oz and forge an unlikely but profound friendship. Following an encounter with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads and their lives take very different paths. Glinda’s unflinching desire for popularity sees her seduced by power, while Elphaba’s determination to remain true to herself, and to those around her, will have unexpected and shocking consequences on her future. Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

Prize Draw Rules 

  1. The prize will be 4 x tickets to see Wicked at your local Picturehouse cinema across the UK, plus a £200 Theatre Token.
  2. All cinema tickets must be used at a single screening by 31 December 2024. You will be provided with 4 x codes which you can then use to book your tickets on the Picturehouse website.
  3. Theatre Tokens have no expiry date - you can choose to receive a physical gift card or a digital gift card.
  4. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or Society of London Theatre, their families or agents. This prize draw will be governed by English law. 
  5. The prize draw is free to enter. To enter the prize draw, you need to enter your details. All entries must be submitted by the webform. 
  6. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for lost entries regardless of the cause or for entries not completed or received due to a technical fault or other issue. 
  7. Only one entry to the prize draw will be accepted per person. 
  8. The prize draw will run from 20 November until midnight on 1 December inclusive (the closing date). 
  9. A winner will be chosen by random draw from all entries received by the closing date. 
  10. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. 
  11. The winner will be notified by email within five days of the closing date. If there is no response from the winner within one day of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner in accordance with the process referred to above. 
  12. The Promoter's decision will be final and binding in every situation and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  13. Unless you have agreed to be added to the Official London Theatre mailing list or Theatre Tokens mailing list outlined in the webform, your details will only be used to contact you (i) to inform you of the outcome of the prize draw, whether or not you are the winner, and (ii) to inform you if you are the winner and (iii) if you are the winner, to announce in writing, or to inform the public of, the name of the winner and will not be stored or used for marketing purposes. You will not otherwise be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By entering into the prize draw you are consenting to be contacted in the manner referred to in this paragraph 11. 
  14. To obtain details of the winner please write, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the Promoter at any time after 7 days following the closing date of the draw. 
  15. If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
