Olivier Award winner Tamsin Greig makes her musical theatre debut in the surprising, heart-breaking  Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown The Musical, an adaptation of Pedro Almodóvar’s acclaimed film.

Greig, who is well-known for her screen comedy work that includes Green Wing, Episodes and Friday Night Dinner, plays Pepa in the story of friends juggling everyday lives with extraordinary moments. Set in a liberated Spain, the story, which is based on Jean Cocteau’s The Human Voice, follows women struggling for control over their lives.

In addition to her acclaimed screen work, Greig won the Olivier Award for her performance in Much Ado About Nothing and has also appeared on stage in productions including The Little Dog Laughed, Jumpy, God Of Carnage and Gethsemane.

Women On The Verge Of A Nervous Breakdown The Musical features music and lyrics by David Yazbek and a book by Jeffrey Lane, the same team that worked together on West End hit Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.

This is the UK premiere of the musical.
