Jacob Chapman leads USHERS: The Front Of House Musical, a new musical exploring the lives of the front of house staff in a West End theatre.

Featuring music and lyrics by Yiannis Koutsakos and James Oban, the show portrays the hilarious, ridiculous and moving stories of ice cream and programme sellers who dare to dream.

With a three-year workplace romance on the rocks, an untrained newbie working her new shift and an amorous manager under press pressure to cut costs, what could possibly go wrong?
