Third Floor is an unsettling dark comedy about urban living.

When a young woman buys her first flat it seems that all her dreams are coming true. Then she meets her neighbour; overbearing, brash and prone to spectacular gaffs, she nevertheless finds him strangely attractive. When an innocent prank goes wrong, the new friendship is pushed to breaking point. Only then do the neighbours realise they don’t know as much about each other as they thought they did.

Third Floor stars Craig Gazey, the former RSC actor who recently played Graeme in Coronation Street, along with Emily Head, known for her role in TV sitcom The Inbetweeners.
