Neil Simon’s award-winning comedy The Sunshine Boys tells the tale of two ageing Vaudevillian stars as they are thrust back into the limelight for one final time.

Willie Clark and Al Lewis – aka the Sunshine Boys – haven’t spoken to each other in years. But when CBS calls for the Vaudevillian greats to be re-united for a nostalgic History of Comedy, past grudges resurface. Ageing ailments aside, can this legendary double-act overcome their differences for one last show? Old rivalry and vintage hilarity abound in Neil Simons classic comedy of showbiz and friendship.

The Sunshine Boys sees Olivier award winning director Thea Sharrock and acclaimed actor Richard Griffiths reunite for the third time, following their huge success with both Heroes at the Wyndham’s theatre and Equus in the West End and Broadway.

Completing the Vaudevillian duo is Hollywood legend and Emmy award winner Danny DeVito, who makes his West End debut in The Sunshine Boys.
