The Rose theatre Kingston will transform its stage into a wintry wonderland this Christmas for a new stage adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s tale The Snow Queen.

Telling a charming tale of friendship and the power of love over wickedness, The Snow Queen centres on firm friends Kai and Gerda. When Kai is put under a spell by the evil queen and whisked off to her icy palace, Gerda must embark on an epic journey through a wintry land to rescue her friend.
