About the Show Less...

A hysterical, new farce from award-winning, international comedy company Mischief Theatre. Read More >

International, award-winning comedy company Mischief Theatre bring The Play That Goes Wrong to Trafalgar Studios, following an earlier run at the Old Red Lion theatre.

After benefitting from a large and sudden inheritance, the inept and accident prone Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society embark on producing an ambitious 1920s murder mystery (Murder At Haversham Manor) in the West End.

Chris the arrogant head of the drama society has directed the piece and cast himself as the dynamic Inspector. Desperate wannabe actress Sandra and the genuinely doting Max struggle opposite each other as the romantic interest while hapless Dennis still can’t pronounce ‘façade’.

An hour of hilarious disaster ensues; actors get knocked out, the play gets stuck on a loop and the cast start to crack under the pressure, but can they get the production back on track before the final curtain falls?
