Originally premiered in Canada, Tolkien's fantasy epic, which charts the fight to save Middle-Earth, comes to the West End stage.

In the shire lives the hobbit Frodo Baggins. Little does he know that his destiny is to save the world he loves from destruction. The ring he must destroy, with the help of his Fellowship of adventuring friends, could also destroy him. Yet often, the greatest heroes can be found in the most unlikely places.

Hobbits, dwarves, elves, orcs, ents and a host of other creatures inhabit the lands through which Frodo and his band must travel.
