The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe is set during the Blitz. Four young children – Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy – are evacuated to a mysterious country house where they discover an enchanted wardrobe that leads to an unexpected adventure in the frozen land of Narnia. Can the children help the great lion Aslan defeat the evil White Witch and break the spell that makes the enchanted land always winter but never Christmas?

This new production of The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe finds St Stephen’s transformed into the fantastical landscape of Narnia in the designs of John Risebero.

The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe is the first production to be staged by Antic Disposition in the newly renovated St Stephen’s. It is suitable for theatregoers aged six and older.
