An Eastern European city in the early 1970’s. The former residence of the Archbishop. A leading dissident writer must decide whether to remain in the country after the only copy of his new novel is stolen by the secret police. In a room that may or may not be bugged, Arthur Miller’s teasing play examines the erosion of personal integrity in the face of an overwhelming, unseen power.

Unlike film, theatre doesn't have an official age classification organisation. That means all age recommendations are subjective and should be treated as guidelines unless otherwise stated. With this in mind, we ask you to use your judgement in regards to a show’s suitability prior to purchase. However, we are more than happy to help you make a decision.
