Stand Tall – A Rock Musical is a new musical re-telling of the biblical tale of David and Goliath with David’s sling re-imagined as an electric guitar that belts out songs from hip-hop to blues.

David’s life couldn’t get any better. He’s a shepherd by day and a rock star by night, playing to thousands of adoring fans with his band of brothers. Everything gets complicated though when he is proclaimed The Chosen One by the mystical Black Sheep. To become King would be an incredible honour, but he’s not sure it’s worth it if it interferes with his music!

When Goliath, an out and out tyrannical bully, hears that David is to become King everything gets even trickier. David has little choice but to face him…

An early version of Stand Tall – A Rock Musical was written specifically for schools to help tackle the issue of bullying.
