Most people know when to run. Sometimes though, we can end up frozen to the spot. Unable to flee our rubbish lives, we do keep-fit and worry about getting fat or going bald. Well, Sophie Woolley did (not the bald bit, though). She started going running and began to notice the same women out running too. Their paths kept crossing. What was going on?

In this one-woman comedy, Woolley plays four different characters who have more in common than they think. Their lives cross in the local park, with fatal consequences.
