Stan Won’t Dance explodes onto the scene and breaks all the rules about what dance and theatre can be. Seamlessly combining text and high-octane choreography, sensational former DV8 performers, Rob Tannion and Liam Steel have collaborated with writer Ben Payne to create a piece that shatters the limits of physical and emotional endurance.

A man is sitting alone with a holdall at his feet. His face is very familiar. His is the face in all the newspapers. It is the face in your dreams, the face in the crowd. The face you catch momentarily behind you when you look at your reflection. He is the love of your life. The lunatic that will cut you down. The good angel, the devil inside…the one who you meet when you meet your own self coming back.
