Enter a world of heavenly wonder, imperial drama, and heroic legends, a world where beauty and purity have never been lost…Expect a large-scale production with 90 dancers, musicians and live orchestra; a unique combination of Chinese and Western instruments; stunning handmade costumes; breathtaking animated backdrops; and graceful dance routines with masterful live music.
Colourful folk and ethnic pieces transport you to the northern steppes of Mongolia and the lush, green forests of Yunnan. Dramatic story-based dances bring to life ancient legends as well as the modern-day stories of courage. Values like compassion and loyalty, kindness and bravery are deeply rooted in each performance.
