The London stage premiere of Philip Glass’s opera about the early life of Mahatma Gandhi.

Set during Gandhi’s formative years in South Africa, the piece explores how the world leader made peaceful process a powerful force for change.

Improbable’s Julian Crouch and Phelim McDermott, the team behind the hit Shockheaded Peter, make their operatic debuts with this production.
