Celebrated choreographers, from Ghosh herself to Shobana Jeyasingh, investigate the different aspects of the state of ruin in the world. A celebration of hope and existence, Ruins explores the struggles of the familiar with the unknown. In this dynamic and theatrical dance piece, a passionate relationship is created between dance and original music by Jayita Pandey and Glyn Perry, capturing an ambitious mixture of Indian and Western elements.
