Shakespeare’s Romeo And Juliet is one of the greatest love stories of all time.

Two star-crossed lovers from feuding families marry in secret, but in a divided city their innocent union is threatened from the outset.

Acclaimed director Rupert Goold directs this tale of love in a hostile world as his first production as Associate Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company. Goold’s previous productions include the Laurence Olivier Award-winning Macbeth and Enron, Six Characters In Search Of An Author, Time And The Conways, Earthquakes In London and The Tempest.

Romeo And Juliet plays in repertoire with seven other RSC productions at London’s Roundhouse.
