Cooks in full swing bear a striking resemblance to an ensemble in concert – the tension, the focused energy, the choreography of hands moving in perfect synchronicity. Laika whip up a melodious menu to satisfy ears, eyes and appetites. Much more than a choreographed concert these Cordon Bleu musicians and virtuosic chefs sing, slice, chop and chant through a pile of raw ingredients and jazz riffs to compose a meal before your very eyes.
