You are whisked away to a quiet Victorian office in Chicago, USA, where author L. Frank Baum is sitting down to write his famous book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. But Baum is in for a surprise when he finds a spirited little girl named Dot hiding in his house. He begins to tell her the story of Dorothy, her friends and the Wicked Witch – and together they turn the office upside down and transform it into the Land of Oz. Stuffing from the sofa, a potbelly stove and a bearskin rug become the Scarecrow, the Tinman and the Cowardly Lion. As wild as a cyclone, this magical wind will blow your family away. Unlike film, theatre doesn't have an official age classification organisation. That means all age recommendations are subjective and should be treated as guidelines unless otherwise stated. With this in mind, we ask you to use your judgement in regards to a show’s suitability prior to purchase. However, we are more than happy to help you make a decision.
