One Night In Miami… is a fictional account of a real night at the pinnacle of the American Civil Rights movement, 1964, from which four men emerged ready to define a new world.

It’s 25 February, and 22-year-old Cassius Clay, later to be better known as Muhammad Ali, has just claimed the world heavyweight boxing title. Kwame Kwei-Armah returns to the UK to direct Kemp Powers’ fictional account of a real night at the heart of a history of a nation.
