After the sell out success of new writing fiesta On A Spree, Lonesome Schoolboy Productions are proud to present two brand new plays by two exciting emerging writers, in a battle of the sexes. A cast of 6 girls will perform Hate and a cast of 6 boys will perform Love – watch this space for more details.

Love: To The End Of Love by Edwin Preece.
Five men have all fallen under Stella’s spell. Terry, her father, would do anything he could for her. Dan, her first boyfriend, is still carrying a torch for her. Barry, one of her teachers, thinks she is one of the brightest students he has ever taught. Steve her husband is clearly besotted but it is Mark her brother who is perhaps closest to her – so why do they need the help of Shaun, a counsellor?

Directed by Sean Turner. Cast includes : John Pickard, Niall Phillips, Michael Yale, Dave Macrae, Stevie Raine and Darcy Vanhinsbergh.

Hate: Wounds by Chantelle Dusette.
East London. The home of Grace Parsons. A family of troubled women, each carry their own visible pain, headed by the recently widowed Grace. This dysfunctional family come together, after the so called ‘disappearance’ of it’s youngest member Annie and everyone it seems has something to get off their chest.

Directed by Zoe Ford. Cast Includes: Terri Dwyer, Collette Cooper, Kate Malyon, Nadia Shash, Scarlet Sweeney and Ellie Dickins.
