Lorilei Guillory’s six year old son Jeremy was murdered by Ricky Langley in February 1992. Ricky was subsequently sentenced to death. After a nightmare of drug abuse and self-harm, Lorilei became determined to understand the crime, and after meeting her child’s killer, decided she must fight to save his life. Despite her inconceivable loss, Lorilei Guillory is against the death penalty. She cannot forgive Langley, but she could not condone the death of this man in her son’s name. This is her story.
