The much loved tale of four very different sisters, growing up and facing tragedy before greeting the world as women, is staged by the acclaimed Theatreworks.

The March sisters – Meg, the beautiful one, Jo, the boyish one, Beth, the gentle one, and Amy, the vain one – grow up in 1860s New England. While their father is away fighting in the civil war, they and their mother must fend for themselves. Together they face the hardships of all young ladies – growing up, love – but also some much greater tragedies.
