Journey's EndIn 1918 a group of British officers wait in the trenches at St Quentin, preparing to make a daring dash across No Man’s Land in advance of the German offensive.

Playwright RC Sherriff used his own experiences of the front and life in the trenches to create this touching play which, although harrowing, reflects the humour and courage of the innumerable heroes who fought in the First World War.
