St James Studio presents the Icons Season, a collection of extraordinary plays about extraordinary icons.

Beautiful, talented, charismatic, witty and courageous, trendsetters of their time and masters of the camera or written word, they also shaped the culture, tastes and fashions of the present.

The Icons Season explores not only the fame, but the frailty behind 20th century stardom. With forensic research and blistering performances, each of the plays presented find something new to say about these celebrated personalities.

The Icons Season includes the following plays:

Bette & Joan: The Final Curtain (3-9 January)

Burton (10-15 January)

Dylan Thomas: Clown In The Moon (11-15 January)

The Unremarkable Death of Marilyn Monroe (16-18 January)

Miss Dietrich Regrets (20-25 January)
